NEW FREEZER TO OVEN (FTO) 100% BUTTER PASTRY PRODUCTS

These products do not require defrosting or proving. Just take them from the freezer and put them in an oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes approx (oven dependant).

Uncooked Frozen Pastry Products
            It’s simple; -Defrost at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes (until product starts to soften).
-  Place product in a humid proofer at 28° C for 90 minutes or until it is ready for your baking requirements.  

- Alternatively, cover with a damp cloth (to avoid going dry) and leave overnight at room temperature.
Baking
- Pre-heat oven to required temperature (170° C - 200° C) before inserting product.
- Place tray in pre-heated oven and bake until golden brown (15 - 20   minutes).
