Made exactly as a chef would from roasted bones, roasted vegetables and tomato paste, simmered for over 12 hours then clarified and reduced to a perfectly consistent product.
The only difference is that we make it in 6 tonne batches (4.25 tonnes of roasted bones).
Never burn a stock again, no bones to get rid of, no heavy lifting, no pots on the stove overnight (reduced fire liability). Just defrost and use.

These products are made exactly as the stocks. No powders, or fake stuff, made as a chef would and reduced to the same consistency as the batch before. You can add cream to extend the product or as most of our clients do just open the bag and use.
